Michelle Henderson
Biography
Michelle's practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution, pre-litigation counseling, and opinion work in the chemical, mechanical, and semiconductor arts. Michelle's experience includes a variety of technologies, as she has drafted numerous patent applications related to petroleum exploration, refining, and production, polymeric, organic, inorganic, and nanoparticle-containing materials, chemical processing, semiconductor fabrication, and mechanical devices. Prior to practicing patent law, Michelle worked as a chemical engineering intern for Union Carbide Corp. and as a research assistant at the Georgia Tech Microelectronics Research Center. Michelle has over ten years of experience in patent law, where she increased her expertise by working as both a patent agent and a patent attorney for various Intellectual Property boutique firms.
