W. Thomas Morrow
Biography
Thomas specializes in all facets of intellectual property law. His practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution, pre-litigation counseling, opinion work, and licensing in the electrical, mechanical, and computer science arts. He has design, development, testing, integration, and/or operations experience in various technologies including: aerospace hardware and software; oil field services hardware and software; seismic surveys; process controls hardware and software; safety systems hardware and software; computer systems hardware (thermal design, RF bus design, and chip-level design); database software (including database definition and metadata manipulation); voice recognition software; digital audio and video subsystems hardware and software (with unique switching and routing technologies to control digital network traffic); blockchain technologies; S-Band, Ku/Ka Band, and UHF RF communications subsystems; wireless local area networks; medical devices and equipment; and specialty locking devices.
